Meeting Rooms

Archive Room

The archive room is located on the Southeast corner of the library, next to the riverside entrance. It has a medium sized meeting table and chairs, and a large window facing the river. It is suitable for moderately sized meetings (7 or less people), optionally with remote attendees (check out polycom).

Quiet Study Room

The quiet study room is located on the Northeast corner of the library. It has a medium sized meeting table and chairs, and a large window facing the parking lot. It is suitable for quiet meetings, optionally with remote attendees (check out polycom).

Riverside Room

The riverside room is located in the Southeast corner of the library. It has several large collapsible tables, and a large number of chairs. A partition can be drawn in the middle of the room if not all of the space is needed. A large window faces the Powder River and public river trail. It is suitable for large meetings or presentations (projector and polycom available).

 Garden Room

The garden room is located in the tutor room block in the Northwest corner of the library. It has two computer workstations with access to skype for video calling. A drafting table faces the window, which overlooks the parking lot. It is suitable for individual work, tutoring, video conferencing, and small meetings.

Lighthouse Room

The lighthouse room is located in the tutor room block in the Northwest corner of the library. It has a computer workstation as well as a scanner. There is a small meeting table with seating for two. A large window faces the parking lot. The room is suitable for indivudual work, tutoring, and small meetings.

Hollywood Room

The Hollywood room is located in the tutor block in the Northwest corner of the library. It has table to seat four as well as extra chairs. It has a small window facing the hallway. It is suitable for individual work, tutoring, and small meetings.
